LOW SEASON:
All prices are in U.S. Dollars, Plus
18% tax on room charges only. These prices are per room, minimum 3
night stay, include standard breakfast, Air-conditioned Suite,
Huatulco Airport/Bus Station transfers to and from the B&B are
offered in your room charge for stays of 5 nights or longer - my
schedule permitting, maximum 2 persons per room, persons under 18 as
a rule are not permitted. Pets are not allowed. Sorry but
Kitchen and Laundry privileges are not included. RENTING THE B&B AS A VILLA/HOME Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-Annual and Yearly Rentals are available. The Huatulco Bed And Breakfast is a six bedroom, 8-bathroom home. The upstairs is three bedrooms all with full bathrooms with a half bath in the living/dining room area. The downstairs is laid out the same. Both Upstairs and Downstairs have there own separate Entrance’s with one private secure auto-parking spot available for each. The long-term rentals are As “Individual Three Bedroom - 3 ½ bath Homes” complete with all linens, cookware, appliances, dishes, air-conditioned, furnished -- all that one needs to live very comfortably.
The
completeness of the “full home layout” in both the up and downstairs
levels in the design of the B&B with separate controllable entrances
to each floor allows this unique Huatulco B&B to be rented out as
two separate private fully equipped 3 bedroom homes with kitchen
privileges, twice a week maid service, gas, water (electricity costs
not included) and all else to groups of 6 adults or less per floor.
